Excellent service! Very kind staff. I have ordered a video light over amazon but after couple month one of it, just stopped working. I just called and in two days, I got a new light. Sincerely, i can highly recommend this place.

GVMLED sent the wrong light. I ordered the spotlight kit and got the ring light kit. They don't answer their phone or return their messages. They also don't answer emails. The light I got works fine but is not what I needed.

You need an app to use a lot of funtion on the lights. But the app just doesn't work. I need to register to use it. But I can register becuase it doesn't send me a code. I can get any customer service because the voicemail box is full. The lights themselfs are really cool. Smaller than I expected, but still bright as all heck. There are setting on the back to make up for the app. But having to go behind the thing every time kinda defeats the purpose.
