Great service. I had a 5 am appointment. I was an hour early and they got in and out in 30 minutes. Granted it was less than a truck load. Had a great experience for a Monday morning. Tight yard but worked things out. Stay on the street before entering if two or one trucks are at the door.

Great place to deliver. Had a 6 am appt. Knocked on door at 3 am unloaded In 30 mins.
Fairly tight docks but doable even with my 310wb. Really only 2 spots on street for overnight parking and there is some homeless staying on the street but they did not bother me.

Facts: arrived the night before around 2030, had an 0430 appt, they knocked on my door around 0330, and I was out by 0412. There’s on street parking right in front. Doors don’t open until 0330. I had 9 pallets, 329 cases, with a lumper fee of $175. They take Comdata checks and express codes. No app. Opinion: Very tight backing, really meant for box trucks, but I got into door 3 with FL Cascadia Condo and 53’ trlr. Very fast and friendly service. There are bathrooms inside if needed, but only after doors open. Very small dead end street parking on both sides of available. Pro tip: Do not try to turn around at end of street, you’ll get stuck, and there’s cameras looking for trucks damaging property.

For shipping they work 4am to 11 am.

Was there bit early parked on road for overnight. Had appointment for 5am.
Guy knock window at 3 and assign dock and unload very quick.

Stafford's very nice all those of shipping and receiving in very tight if there's a lot of trucks if there's not you have plenty of space unload is very fast and make it to your paperwork as soon as possible

Arrived at 0430 for 0500 appt. Was loaded and out of there in 25 minutes!! Couldnt believe it. Wish all places where efficient as this one.
