Great experience from start to finish! We contacted them about a whole home generator and was so impressed with the whole team! The lovely lady at the front office was always friendly when we called and was very quick to send over the quotes. We were so impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and willingness to help us find the right system to run our house. We talked to a few other companies and got quotes but knew when Geoff walked away we were going to use them. The installation was clean and neat and they we good about explaining how to use the system. Good people who care about doing good work!

Hate to see the poor reviews. We have used the 3 times and they have been good all 3 times. Their work came in 1/3 the price of the 2 other quotes I got. Used them on 2 other issues one being a repair job to get our pool pump and well back up and running. They are slow to get out to you, usually takes a few days but the work it done and done right. If you NEED same day service this may not be the place but like they say a good contractor is a busy contractor.

I need to have a power pole hooked up. Well I guess that doesn't pay enough. The rude lady that answered the phone told me they only do Business or Commercial accounts. I asked her if she happened to know who else I could call because well the 5 I've already called haven't answered so I was kinda wishing she knew something I didn't, boy was I wrong. She told me that I would just have to read the ads to find out who does what. Now I don't see anywhere in their ad where they don't do residential so maybe she needs to go reread her own workplace ad before she's rude to everyone else. God don't like ugly

I called in for a project and the lady who answered the phone was VERY rude! They apparently don’t do what I wanted so I politely asked for recommendations and she said that she “didn’t know anyone thank you” and just hung the phone up....Seriously?! Very poor service and zero professionalism! Would not recommend simply based on her attitude!

Had issues with electrical wiring in condo. Speak with an older lady over the telephone who was very rude to me in part of having difficulty understanding my accent. I don't want to discredit the company as a whole as I am sure they have qualified professional. However, my experiences with the people who handle inquiries over the phone was very unprofessional and has deterred me from recommending this company on that experience alone.
