Can’t recommend this company as they sold me $2K worth of 4-6 inch rock instead of the 1-3 inch that I ordered. After I talked to them all they could do was sell me more rock. Be careful of this company as they told me the size of the rocks are random so they cannot guarantee the size of the rock you pay for.

I bought a few truck loads last year of shell for landscaping. They also sold me weed fabric . Everything was great and it turned out perfect . TY

So my first experience with this company was good, we ordered 2 yards of sand for a project, the driver called when she arrived and dropped the load without any issues. Super easy.

Second experience was not near as good. The company called said they would be here in 20 minutes, great...however by accident, the driver had the wrong address (by one street). I should have double checked the invoice to confirm; I know I told them the correct address because this happens often to us, so I am very careful. Anyway, I get a call from the driver saying he dropped the load...and there is a very angry lady telling him they did not order anything. Apparently, the neighbor came out and told him to stop before he dropped any more, but he just dumped it since it was the address on the invoice. She insisted it was not her order and the driver told her that if the owner of the rock did not move it to call them and GoMulch would come get it from her driveway.
I go and talk to the neighbor and apologize and tell her I'll make it right by the end of the day. They are very gracious and by luck did not have any appointments till late in the afternoon (since their car is now trapped in the garage).
Next thing I call the GoMulch and try to work out the issue. The person I talked to was reasonable, said he didn't have any way of moving it and he would contact a manager and they would call me...a couple hours go by...no call. So, I call again...same story no manager. At this point I cannot just leave a giant pile of rock in my neighbor's driveway and apparently the driver who said they would come get it was incorrect about being able to move it. I then spend the next six hours moving 5 yards of rock from my neighbor's house one tiny trailer load at a time cause the only trailer that I have access to is a small 8x10 that can only carry 900 lbs a load. Follow up the next day, my wife calls and talks to someone who knows about the issue (again no manager) and they are like well what do you want, you got your rocks. So a few things here went wrong.
1) I should have double check the address
2) The driver should have stopped dropping rock when the home owner came out and told him to stop. In fact the driver should have called when they arrived to confirm (as the first delivery driver did)
3) Getting ghosted by the company not calling me is terrible, at the least call...tell me that you can't help, keep us posted anything is better than just never calling

Edit on 4/10/2024: I spoke with the manager and they refunded me the 50$ delivery fee.

My aunt got a delivery earlier this morning and the delivery driver Mike did an excellent and neat job . He helped her lay down the fabric and even swept the loose rocks around into a neat pile for her . 10/10 excellent customer service and hospitality.

Very bad experience, expensive very bad rocks check pictures you are paying top dollar for good quality rocks i have all over my house spots with small rock's and used a company name Central Florida Services that measure my house and said it was 2 yard when got here from 2 yard now is 4 so double the price they got the rocks and still dint do everything my house still missing rock's so everyday they would call canceling the appointment for the extra 1 yard that was missing until they ask me to pay a front zelle the money a day before I said no because they would keep changing the day so I said I would go there and buy it so they can do it they never show up.....VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WOULDN'T RECOMMEND

I received a delivery, I NEVER ORDERED!
A delivery was dropped off on my driveway one Monday morning. No one knocked on my door or rang my doorbell. I work from home so I heard a noise outside, which made me get up from my work desk to look out the window and there's some guy dumping rocks on my driveway. I went outside and signaled the driver and asked him what this was, and he replied, “A delivery.” Obviously, I DID NOT ORDER THIS if I’m asking you what this is, and he just let the rocks keep falling off his truck. He called the gentleman who did place the order and the real customer told him it was at the WRONG HOUSE. Our neighbor tried calling their office to fix this error, but no one returned his call. Apparently, this is not the first time he has ordered from them, so why was the address messed up this time? Our neighbor has apologized profusely for this error, but it is not his fault. He and his family had to find a pickup truck, shovel these rocks off my driveway, and make about 10 trips from my driveway to theirs. This situation could have been rectified if someone from their office had returned his calls and moved the damn rocks. I emailed the company to tell them that my neighbor's delivery fee should be refunded, and have yet to hear back. Shocker. Between him, his wife, two of his kids, sister-in-law, and family friend, they spent part of the workday and after work hours shoveling rocks, because this Customer Service department couldn't be bothered by replying to his calls.
