I had spent a several years in Chicago looking for a trusted jeweler after my jeweler retired many years ago. It was hard to find anyone to trust, that wasn’t charging outrageous prices.

I spent time searching online and found GoldZenn about 10 months ago. Initially I compared their website to other Miami Cuban jewelers, some very famous ones (not that I’m a critic of who is famous or not) and initially I was drawn to GoldZenn by the quality of their website. High resolution pics, nicely laid out, easy to use and look for what’s in stock, and overall, the website is very neat, and very clean. The branding, likewise, in my mind is elegant, and very clean. Very smooth.

So I decided to give it a go with them, and I ordered an 11mm, 20” 14k solid gold Miami Cuban with a sleek lock. It took a few weeks, and came looking immaculate. Impecable craftsmanship, perfectly spaced links, top tier filing, it was gorgeous. I was very happy.

8 months later, I decided to find another and this time I was able to get to Moises, and he had been very good to me, and beyond helpful no matter what the question. I now consider him and GoldZenn my trusted jewelers. He helped me get another 11mm, 22” solid gold Cuban with a sleek lock, as well as a 13mm 8” bracelet, and an iced out 11mm 22”, as well as several other smaller items.

Every piece is flawless, is QUALITY, and is more than just craftsmanship, but you can see the pride in the pieces they produce. They come CLEAN, and elegant, like the brand.

Moises was so dedicated and helpful he answered questions all through out the days or nights even helping me walk through transactions at 1am his time. He’s a very dedicated and trusted jeweler to me now.

Can’t say enough about the GoldZenn experience. Very, very, fair pricing, and for quality like this, it’s very hard to find. I’m humbled to have found them, and to be able to call myself a customer.
