Wanted to leave some positive feedback for Sherry who holds it down here. Reached out to golden bear to locate some replacement leather for my jacket they did in collaboration with Taylor Stitch. I inquired if a jacket was going to be restocked almost a year ago and maintained communication to see if it would come back in to production, it was - great.

Fast forward to April of this year and I'm told they're back in stock and was offered a discount for staying with the process. I affirmed I was still interested and suggested two options for payment, no response. I wait a week then circle back with an email on next steps/guidance, no response. It has been almost a month since I sent that email.

Unfortunate I never did get my jacket, or discount, and wasted a lot of time. Not necessarily the customer service I was expecting for a company with such products/price tag.
