A luxury window manufacturer that makes unconventional windows and doors that feature exceptionally slim profiles, virtually frameless. They were able to make some challenging customizations on my project, the end result is very appealing. High quality Swiss made components and top level glass from Germany. Recommended.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY. The glass itself is great, that is where the quality ends. We gave them a high 6 figure job two years ago. They still have not fixed all the numerous issues. I will try to be brief: Their labor force is subcontractors, so they do not really know the product. The frame design is poor, requiring drainage out the bottom of the window that is not really possible. The windows do not close nor open easily. The ‘invisible sill’ is a scam, the sill is just recessed into the floor, where other companies with hang the door from the top, all the weight still sits on rollers on the bottom. The rollers are nearly impossible to remove to clean. Their own PM could not do it after trying. The door does not have handles, so you have to open it with your fingertips, making it extremely difficult for children or if you are holding something. They like to hide behind their contract instead of making things right, which naturally puts the end user responsible for everything. The engineering team altered one of my architect’s drawings for their shop drawing, I did not catch it, and surprise, now it is a substantial extra that they will profit on. They claim to be giving me a price break, but it includes a mobilization fee of a mandatory 8 hour day for two workers even if it is a one hour job. If they did not already have to mobilize for their own errors, I would almost understand, but they have to remobilize anyway and want to charge me for it. Getting them to respond to the punch list has been on going for over a year. They want to shortcut everything. The sales team will sweat talk you, the Project Manager will ignore you and if they do respond, it will be to cover their own hide and shortcut you at every angle they can.
In short, they are a company that uses minimalism to be cheap and charge you premium prices pretending to be a premium product. Look elsewhere, there are plenty of reputable companies out there with much better designs.
