Real easy to unload just pull on scale type in trailer number back up to dock takes about 10 mins to get unloaded

I will be doing a formal complain with the shipping department they had me parked for 3 hours before I could get in a dock door.. And once I backed in a dock door without notice they left me waiting in my truck thinking they're about to load me up after an hour passed I decided to get out to see what's taking so long to start.. The office door locked lights off nobody around but me..what is the world coming to
