Excellent response time to grinder pump issues causing sewage backup into ground level shower. Technician (Juan) was cordial, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He discovered a couple of significant problems (massive root ball clogging inflow line and outflow line that had rusted in half) that had developed since last serviced (7 years ago). Juan fixed everything, replaced the original vent that was deteriorating as well as cleaned and inspected the control box, all within an hour and a half. We are now on a yearly maintenance schedule. I called GNG Plumbing to fix the sink drain line as the compression fittings wouldn’t stay connected due to improper alignment. Lance from GNG arrived and looked at the trap and piping, then remarked that the drain pipe appeared to be sagging and he wanted to look in the next cabinet. He discovered that the T at the main 4” drain was broken which would have been a disaster had we run water through the sink again.

After looking at the issue, Lance cut the sheetrock on the opposite side exposing the damaged T. He replaced the T and sealed the drain line with compression sleeves, then replaced the piping to the sink. Lance was very professional and friendly working to expeditiously execute this repair as the 6 floors above us couldn’t use their sinks/kitchens until the repair was completed. He did a great job.

I’d highly recommend Lance and GNG for plumbing work.

To add, GNG earlier this year replaced an old water heater for me, and that work went great as well.
