About 3.5 years ago, I sent this firm $10k for my Italian heritage passport. They sent me to a third party to handle the passport process and it has been a disaster. They are completely unresponsive and I have been following up for a simple update for over a year and cannot get any info. Seems like a scam at this point.

Andjela did an excellent job of explaining the process for Italian dual citizenship in a concise and clear manner. She was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my questions. She was very warm and patient and helped me to feel that I was in very good and capable hands. The PowerPoint she reviewed and provided me after the call gave a very thorough overview of what will be involved moving forward. Finally, prior to the meeting, Andjela had created a family tree that she referred to when discussing the key relatives that would potentially play a role in the process. Through this tree she was able to review all the potential paths that I could take and which path would likely be the most viable. I left the meeting full of anticipation and hope that this dream that I have had for the last five years could be fully realized in the next 18 to 24 months. I look forward to my on-boarding and starting this exciting journey toward becoming an Italian citizen and fully connecting with heritage!

Very unprofessional service. Time frame, cost, and services differed greatly from the initial conversation, and there were many hidden fees I was not allowed to question. When questioned, the founder & CEO told me to go somewhere else. RUN FROM THIS SCAM. There are plenty of other services out there. Don't fall for this.

Revision to respond to CEO (12/8/24):
Just two days after the informational call here are the differences:

The cost & services differed - what is advertised as an all-in-one service has additional fees for collection of documents and the fee for this is unclear (this can raise rates exponentially). The time frame differed - originally quoted 18 months as I have a straightforward case turned into 23 months without explanation.

When I asked for clarification on these points, I was met with confusing answers and then was pressured to sign up immediately (2.5 weeks to sign up turned into 1 day).

After questioning the discrepancies and differing information, I was told to find another service.

DO NOT let this man bait and switch you. @Rogelio, instead of handling this situation directly with me, you went public with this. As I said in my last email, I question any service that does not allow the customer to ask questions and pressures them to make hasty decisions with unclear deliverables and timelines.
