If you have a single vehicle don’t bother as I do not think they are interested. I contacted them and I wanted their product in my F550 overland vehicle. Since they boast that they install their product on the earth roamer vehicle that is the same chassis and characteristics as mine I thought it should be plain and simple. Well at first they seemed like they would entertain me but it took nearly over two weeks just to get a quote. I called a number of times to see when I would get a price for the system. They gave me a price and I was fine with it but then they did not have everything I needed so they wanted me to wait until they received the part. It took almost two months before I called them to see if the part was in. They said not yet but they will let me know and get back to me. I called a couple more times as more time went on and they kept saying we will get back to you, which they never did. So I wrote them an email saying I was not interested anymore and I never heard anything as to why I was strung along for a few months only to have nothing. So that meant I made no progress on my build waiting for them only to have them flake out and I had to start all over with nothing or something else. What a shame and a waste of time.
Update: 2/2/24, since my post Gost has reached out to me to rectify the misunderstanding. They tried to help out but I already went with another system. I do not know how good the gost system is so this review was on the customer service part. The Gost team did try to right the ship immediately and that was greatly appreciated. Maybe on my next build I will have an opportunity to try their system.
