Glass Xpress was one of many companies we had come out to submit a proposal for our master bathroom renovation. They were always punctual and looked very professional upon arrival. A first impression is a lasting impression. The price was comparable to other higher rated vendors which we thought made it fair. They were the only ones to have a plan of execution during the measuring process which is what ultimately made us choose them. The glass was manufactured very quickly (we chose low iron glass for its exceptional clarity) and they had no problem using the brass hardware we had already purchased to match our fixtures. On the day of installation, they did run into an issue with one of our walls being out of plumb, however, quickly figured out a way to mitigate the issue and you cannot tell from the final product. We would not hesitate to recommend Glass Xpress or to use them again.

I needed a large L-shaped, floor to ceiling, fixed glass panel for my new shower stall. From the first time I contacted Alberto, he was very professional. He got back to me about my inquiry the next day, as soon as I was able to provide him with measurements. His quote was competitive. He had the panel ready and installed within 4 days, and he fabricated the panel in one single piece, which is what I wanted. I had assumed it would be in 2 pieces given the size and shape of the glass. So I am thrilled. It looks beautiful! I highly recommend him. What I really appreciated is that he never left me hanging, which is soooo rare nowadays.

He came to measure when he said he would; Communicated exactly what needed to be done; Showed me sample pictures of similar projects he had done; Did not require a deposit; Came back for the installation when he said he would (a little early actually); and did a beautiful job installing the perfectly fitting, custom-cut, frameless, glass enclosure. He told me to call him right away if any issues arise (they haven't) and he would come back to make sure it was right. It's so refreshing in Miami to find professionals who are pleasant, great at what they do, and who stand by their work. If those are qualities you look for then you need only to call Glass Xpress.

While I was renovating my bathroom in September 2021, I took to Google to look for a great Shower Glass Door Installer. Based on the stellar reviews, I decided to hire Glass Xpress - no questions asked. Albert was professional, responsive, and on time to our initial appointment when he came to measure the shower. Once I agreed to hire him, he declined my request for a deposit, and came with the door on the day and time he said he would come. He was on time, made the installation seem easy (he knew exactly what he was doing), and performed a seamless installation. I had such a great experience with him - I made a mental note to leave him an amazing review, but unfortunately I forgot. Fast forward to a few days ago on 2/1/22, I called him because my 5 year old tugged on the shower door and I heard a loud slam - causing the door to not close as perfectly as it once did. I called Albert and he said, "no worries - I take care of my customers - I will be there tomorrow or the next day." I got a call from Albert yesterday (the morning after I called him) saying he was going to pass by and fix it for me. A COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY COMES WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO COME, TO FIX SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT HIS FAULT - amazing. It took him all of 30 seconds to fix. I asked how much he would charge me for his time, and he refused to charge me. This is amazing customer service - I will always recommend Albert from Glass Xpress to all of my friends and family.
