This company has done a dishonest and imperfect work on my property. I don't recommend it at all. They were completely unpunctual, they damaged my property and left the work badly done and unfinished, legal actions and reports are being taken in consumer protection entities to prevent other customers from being victims of companies like these. The installers they sent were completely inexperienced they went to the property in unusual hours, unprepared, without implements, using personal implements from the property and making damage to the property due to carelessness and inexperience. Any other company or worker who sees this job greatly criticizes from all points of view the inexperienced work done. I paid a lot of money for this that now I have to do it again or pay again for a solution. The objective of this review is to prevent another customer from feeling cheated like me. Entered on 4/3/24 into contract with Muttat Glass in Miami FL to install glass shoe system with topcap handrail stair case. They also do business under the name of Glass Design USA. The project was for $4500. The project was installed and finished on 5/13/24. All payments were made. On inspection of the glass panels installed, one panel glass was scratched. The project came with three year warranty. The next day on finding scratches in sun light, the company was informed. They came back to Inspect and accepted the issue. They tried to fix with a liquid solution which did not work. They settled on replacing the glass panel. Since May 2024, I have written multiple emails to owner, customer service and sales staff. I get email answer back from owner, customer service that they will come back to replace the glass. It is going on for almost 5 months. They keep on making excuses. This issue needs to be resolved. I have multiple emails with excuses. All I want glass to be replaced and Muttat to honor their warranty. This company will ghost you will not honor their commitments. I highly advise you to find another company which will honor work and stand behind their products. Not a honest company. Laura and Fernando Owners promised to get this done and I have emails to prove. If they do not fix the issue after BBB, will take legal action. Want to avoid all this but cannot stand people taking advantage of customers.

Terrible expérience . We worked with them for a new stairs , $30 000. they we’re incapable to do one step right .
First Bean support wasn’t not the right measures
Then the Steps , were looking cheap wood and were not straight , not the same thickeners as well ,not equal measure .
They made Holes for screws at the wrong place .
Stay far form them , when you discuss with them everything is cool but when they have to do the job catastrophic.
