We have visited Given Gold, Dan and staff, numerous times. We have had only amazing experiences working with Dan. He is honest, genuine, talented and his work is exquisite AND he’s a baseball fan! Dan has done repairs on my wedding rings, created/repurposed two necklaces, and bought/traded gold with us. He has always been fair and shares his experience and expertise. The latest ring he made for me is gorgeous!!!! He suggested lattice gold work and the finished product is stunning. I couldn’t be happier; I am pretty creative, but I never could have imagined or come up with the design he cultivated. So I came to update my review because I was so happy about having my ring resized again, which it fits perfect but upon getting home I went to show my mom and while she was observing it, she noticed a diamond missing... and by that time the store was closed. So I don't know what happened but I do know I never had any issues until I got it sized again. Idk if sizing it could make the diamonds loose or what happened but it shouldn't be able to fall out. I've had a horrible time lately and this is just the icing on the cake. Had i known I would've kept my 90 dollars and just kept the ring in a box... now I'm out 90 dollars which I could use right now, and my wedding ring is missing a diamond. Don't get me wrong. They have excellent customer servjce... maybe it's just my luck.

Dan is genuinely one of nicest guys I have ever met, and he is extremely talented. He really has such a great eye, and made my vision come to life exactly how I had pictured it. I wanted a a classic cluster ring made from some loose inherited diamonds, and he did it beautifully. He also did a new diamond band - which is beautiful and such a classic piece. A couple weeks later I noticed the diamond in my grandmothers old naval ring needed securing - and he did it with such care and it came out perfectly. I cannot recommend him enough!

So my wife left her ring after they didn't resize it the first time they messed up again and the diamond is missing this is uncalled for and shouldn't be an issue since we already paid for it and this is the second time they had a bad time with them so the first time they didn't resize it decided to the size it they way instead of my wife's suggestion she wanted now when she wanted it to get her resized again the second time because the review was bad and they wanted it taken down they did something even worse it came back missing Diamond so I took a picture of it and it's posted above I don't understand, I want our money back and I please don't go to them they don't listen to your issues and they didn't listen to her at all luckily he's gone for the whole month because if not he wouldn't hear the end of this we want our money back in our Diamond Back In The Wedding Band on I paid good money for it and now they have made it look ugly as hell my wife is ashamed to wear it now she cried bad too shame on them

Dan and Alex are good people! Dan's work is excellent as he has been mastering his craft for 25+ years. He took in my engagement ring when a tiny gemstone fell out and quickly diagnosed what needed improvement. He expertly replaced the prongs, tightened the gemstones, refinished and work his magic. A couple days later, I get my ring back and it looks even better than before! I'm very happy with my experience and am so thrilled to have found Given Gold. I'll for sure count on them for all my jewelry needs. I cannot recommend these wonderful jewelers enough! Thank you Dan & Alex!

Amazing, quick, efficient and reliable - was very accommodating in terms of turn around. Took just a day with a very reasonable price and did an amazing job, compared to other jewelers who said the services that I needed would take 5 weeks and cost triple...would definitely be coming back for any future jewelry repair.
