Terrible customer service. Extremely slow shipping with no mention of shipping timeframes on their website. Took almost 3 weeks to get a product shipped and then a week to get to me. Not to mention they have zero support and it took three tries to get model. All the time the model was wrong when I fully explained, with pictures, how it was wrong. The piece of plastic was almost $200 with shipping and I had to make the model myself! I am not support the other supplier so I won't mention names, but use them. This company is terrible and I will never use it them again.

I have used Gilbert Engineering USA HD props almost exclusively in my light show. They are so willing to please their customers that they have even hand delivered props even in a neighboring state. They have always responded to my messages and fixed any issues that may have arrive. I highly recommend Gilbert Engineering USA for all your coro and HDPE needs.
