I reached out to Gigi to build me a shed as she had advertised sheds as things they could build but got a poorly built playhouse instead. Looks great from the outside but these are not built to last. It’s basically sheets of MDF siding screwed together, no framing, no weatherproofing whatsoever. The tops of the walls and sides and windows are screwed to a piece of floating 2x3, no studs on any of the bottoms, just screwed to the 2x3 “foundation” which is not treated and floor has no moisture barrier. I’m writing this now, beyond frustrated as I’m watching the siding bow outward and this was built last month. No way this can hold up through the rainy season and keep all our stuff dry. Basically will have to hire someone to come add stud framing on the inside, maybe add some kind of weather/waterproofing inside to keep moisture out.

I purchased my 2 story playhouse this last April for my daughters birthday. GiGi really went out of her way to make sure what I envisioned came to life! The playhouse came out gorgeous and was better than expected! My girls loved it!
