I bought 2 knives for Christmas gift's this year. Both of them arrived in a timely manner and both were beautifully engraved. Both recipients of the knives absolutely loved them. However on one knife the ol man had to tighten a couple little screws. They weren't tightened down like they should've been but that was minor. Thank you folks.

I am editing my original review:
My original order was sent back due to me ‘inputting’ my address incorrectly. After several calls and emails, I finally got an email back stating they would send me a new order which also got sent back for the same reason even after I verified my correct address. And have since not been able to be in contact with any in a week. My original order was supposed to be delivered 18 days ago!

Now to add that the company did get my order to me. It arrived more than 30 days from the date of original delivery date but I do have my order and I’m satisfied. I brought my review up to 3 stars because it did get resolved but it took very long.
