Our experience with this place was the absolute best. Made some expensive buys here even purchasing items that needed to be delivered and had almost no waiting for anything. The staff was perfectly helpful, not pushy as most of us hate that, and made sure we knew exactly how to use our products before we left. Will more than likely be a lifelong customer with this place.

Always polite, called in parts at Gassville store. They didn't have all parts, but Mountain Home did. They called the list to Mountain Home and was ready for pickup later same day!

On 03/12/24, at 10:45 am, I dropped off my 14 in Stihl chainsaw & Stihl pole saw to be repaired. Neither would stay running. I was expecting the typical 2 to 4 week wait I've received in the past with other small engine repair shops. At 4 pm on 03/14/24, 30 hours after dropping them off, I received a call saying both were ready to be picked up. Both had been tuned up, the chains sharpened, and were running like new. The cost was much less than expected. With service like that, who would ever go anywhere else. Thanks guys!

Absolute home run here. These folks know what they're talking about and are some of the most friendly lawn and garden people you will meet. They carry a wide variety of Parts surprisingly, they were the only ones who had my specific blade for a older Toro. I checked five other shops. Their tractor guys know quite a bit about the new Bobcats and it was really nice to have such knowledge when you have all the questions.

I've tried to work with Greg's farm services three times since 2015 and it's never really worked out, they're slow to respond. Prior to that around 2005 or 6, I prepaid for a cutting head for my weedeater that bought from them, I never received it. After making at least five phone calls and eight weeks later I was told by the store manager he didn't care. The item was under $20, as I recall, so screw it. It's not worth the hassle. But things change, so do people working there, so I did try to make a couple of small purchases. Most recently I tried to purchase a chainsaw clutch since they are a dealer for that company. So I called and gave them specific information on the clutch and was told they would have to call me back. This is their usual method at least for me. 3 to 4 hours later I received a return call saying they don't have it but they could order it. As turns out, I order it online and receive it faster through Amazon than they could get it in. .I recommend you just don't waste your time with this group. lazy ,if you ask me.
