My broken can was picked up two and half weeks ago, and I still don't have a new one. I have been told by 3 different people that I would have a new can on 3 different dates. I can't get anyone to help me. I've been to the local office, and no one was there. I've called a dozen times, and stay on hold forever some days. After I emailed them today, the reply was that I would have one within a week. What a terrible company.

Update..We were without a trash can for a month to the day

Current Update - THEY CONTINUE TO MISS OUR TRASH WEEK AFTER WEEK! We now have another new home on our street and we were both skipped yesterday. What’s pathetic, they pick up from the one house every week at the front of our street! Driver is either lazy or not intelligent enough to remember there are new homes further into the street!!!

Fast to take your money, but they don’t pick up your trash! We have called regarding our new service 5 times! Tuesday’s 5th call was supposed to be “escalated”! They missed us again yesterday and have yet to hear back from anyone!

Did not get my bill by mail or email. Picked up my trash can. Paid all of our bill when we found out. Called 4 times to get a trash can again and it has been 3 weeks. Every time I call they tell me they see no order for a trash can and have to order it again. Spoke to one manager who was very indifferent. Called again yesterday and they said they put the notes in the system. I asked to speak to manager and they said they would have someone call and no one has called me and it’s the next day. Terrible service.

I just want to let someone know how terrible this service has been. I moved into Advanced Disposal's service area last year, and the treatment that I have recieved has been terrible. First, I had to call to set up services a couple different times because no one would answer the phone. The person who handles my route will sometimes completely skip my trashcan and often makes a huge mess. I haven't received a bill from Advanced Disposal in some time, and my trashcan was recently taken. This didn't happen to just me; my neighbors also have not received bills, and their containers were removed as well. I called a couple of times but hung up out of frustration with the very long wait. No one should wait 10 minutes for a business to answer a phone. When I finally got someone, I was told that my account was moved to collections. I find that odd seeing as I never received a bill or a past-due notice. As someone who has no idea how often I should be receiving a bill, I didn't know that I owed payment. I just had service reinstated, and it cost $200. That is ridiculous. I do not appreciate this company.

Having to deal with this business, especially as of late, has been beyond frustrating! The trash is USUALLY picked up, but when we have an issue with not being serviced or random, unapproved, and not-mentioned fees appearing on the bill, we always get a customer service rep with a tone or attitude. They never help us with our issue, the drivers seem to find any excuse to not have to stop and pickup, and they have admitted to blatantly closing request cases for past issues we've had with the company. I have never had to contact a business more in my life to do their job correctly- one that we pay them for and have HIRED them to do each month (payment being due at beginning of each month BEFORE services are even rendered mind you). Lord forbid if we didn't pay them on time.

New to area, my trash cans were supposed to be delivered Friday, June 23. No trash cans arrived. Monday, June 25 was supposed to be our first pick up. I set my own trash cans out before I left town, came home Wednesday evening trash was still there. I paid for my service up front and have not received anything!

I work for a veterinary clinic in the local area and and since Advance Disposal sold our account to this company we have not had a pick up . I call Advance disposal and they said I have to call this company well they never answer the phone 3 weeks of calling and nothing. I sat on the phone 45 min and then the automated service ended the call for waiting so long. This is beyond irritating . We pay for pick up every Wednesday never missed a payment but they can not pick up the trash for 3 weeks This is very upsetting and as soon as we find another pick up service we will be switching . Not happy if I can give a neg star I would So far it doesn’t even deserve one star.

My Advanced Disposal service is always good. My garbage is always picked on Tuesday morning like clockwork! I know these guys get up early in the morning in all kinds of weather conditions to make sure the garbage is disposed of in a timely manner. I know of one instance where my garbage wasn't picked up for two weeks because of a change in drivers. I called the Tallassee office and spoke with a representative there and she got right on the job of making sure that it was picked up as soon as possible. I appreciated that!
