Bought a new toy hauler in early Feb 2024. Had an issue with my 12V fridge from the early going and never worked properly. I checked fuse, wiring, etc and even called Lipert to troubleshoot it the issue. Finally called Genesis and within 2-3 days I got a call from Rodrigo. I arranged to have my trailer dropped off and 4 days later it was ready for pick up. They ended up simply replacing the fridge and addressing a few other small blemishes on the trailer as well. The fridge now works fine and was very impressed with the customer service. Honestly, I thought it was going to be more of a hassle, but appreciate them addressing the issue and fixing it promptly. Thank you Rodrigo!

Very Poor customer service. They offered to help us out on a rig one year old then did a 180 with us and told us to pound sand. Another RV company that does not know how to do the right thing when it comes to customer service. I suggest looking elsewhere for toy-haulers. Also their rigs counter tops crack and their suppliers axles they install snap. Very dangerous rigs.

Absolute 100% garbage trash manufacturing. I have a 2019 genesis supreme vortex it is having delamination all around the unit I would never ever recommend this company. You see anything at the dealership that says Genesis grand RV.

I have a 2021 genesis wanderer toy hauler. I did use it extensively and it's been great but now I have delamination in the right front, upper area. I tried to go through insurance and was told it's water damage. So, now I have this bubble in the corner and I'm just bummed out. I'm in California, it's not like it rains 24/7!
Out of warranty, insurance denied... oh well

Very poor build quality. Nothing but issues from day one with this trailer. I was told they are the best but not the case at all. Craftsmanship is horrible and no one responds to you.

Talk about the worst customer service from an RV company! I've been waiting to replace my Genesis Supreme 40 CRXL's ramp for 3 months since my RV repair shop placed the order. My service guy Nico is down in Perris and spoke to Rodrigo on 10/7/23 to inform him he was there to pick up the replacement ramp and was told they don't accept cash or debit cards for the part! Rodrigo told him that he had to speak to his boss to see if they could accept the cash and never got back in touch with Nico. We live in Vegas and it is truly unfair to Nico that now we will have to go back again from here to pick the part because they failed to give him a resolution. Now I will have to wait more time to replace the broken ramp on my RV due to Rodrigo's poor customer service and Genesis Supreme's lack of professionalism. Never will I buy another RV from this company and sorry to say no one should either.

I bought a new Genesis Supreme 28CR. Like all new trailers, it had some warranty repairs that needed to be made. After being in a repair shop for four months with no progress I called Genesis Supreme. Genesis called the dealer and got the repairs completed very quick.
Rodrigo at Genesis is a phenomenal employee. Thank You for being so responsive.

Purchased a new Genesis Supreme Overnighter and before we even traveled 5 miles the rear door began flying open even when locked and also when parked with winds. The interior trim fell off. The unit has inadequate interior lighting. Storage for the sewer tube is so small it will not even hold a 5 foot section. The trailer ramps became unsecured within a short driving distance and are very poorly designed. The screen door latch didn't have all of the necessary and was installed backwards. Door trim is poorly installed and crooked. Considering this is a brand new trailer, it's obvious construction was not inspected prior to leaving the plant for dealership. Worst trailer we have owned and wished we hadn't purchased.
