These guys are amazing! They were highly responsive, extremely kind and fair priced, and got the job done quick. The pool table was about 15 years old so I had them replace the felt and the bumpers as well and they did a phenomenal job. Definitely can't beat their price or their customer service. The owner, who I coordinated with, definitely loves what he does and has a passion for his trade, which definitely adds to the experience. I now understand all the other glowing reviews of this company! Frank and his brother were professional, reliable, responsible, respectful and thorough throughout this whole process. Frank was very communicative, honest and timely as well. We’re very happy to have stumbled upon them! They sold, setup and delivered a beautiful high-quality pool table and pool table dining top that we love!!! I can't say enough positive stuff about Generation Billiards! Picked up Pool Table on Saturday 6/17/23 and had to move it out of the house by noon the following Tuesday 6/20/23... I called 3 others movers and left messages but not one replied or message me back, on the 4th call I called Generation Billiards and Frank Esquivel answered. He was able to squeeze me in for that Tuesday between 8-9am, this guy will take care of you! Great service, easy to communicate with and very prompt! Clean and an expert at what he does.
Went ahead and replaced my felt last minute and he gladly took on the job!

Just relocated to a new home, so I didn’t have time to assemble our pool table. Had some miscommunication with other companies who were rude as hell as if I wasn’t the client, and charging ridiculous prices for what ultimately was just an assembly needed. With any company I deal with, customer service is always my priority. Upon initial contact, the team at Generation Billiards was concise and professional and leaving me without question. We ultimately set up an appointment for 8-9 in which he punctually arrived with his partner on time as agreed upon. The pool table was already missing some bottom support and some screws, but Frank kept me informed throughout the entire process and regardless of what I was missing, got the job done, and very fast at that. Professional, polite, prepared, and excellent communication and enticing pricing. Highly recommended company service for your Billiards accessories and needs.10/10

Frank and his guys are the best in the area hands down no one compares!! I use to work for a pool table installation group, and have used Franks services way more than 50 times, they are fast, affordable, very very pleasant to deal with. Just the best!!
