After looking through online reviews and seeing the quality of work, we contacted GC Handrail to help us construct a railing for our deck. Stacey, the owner, guided us through the process every step of the way. She was extremely helpful and very prompt in responding to all our questions and concerns. We opted to do the installation ourselves and it went very well. They provided us with very detail oriented “how to” videos that walked us through the entire process from start to finish. They also supplied us with a tool box that gave us all the necessary items to complete the project. We are absolutely happy with the quality of our new rail system and our deck looks amazing! We are appreciative of the great customer service that GC Handrail provided us and would highly recommend them!

As we were finishing the inside of the cabin we needed railing to finish the loft. We worked with GC handrail to do custom work and were we amazed with what they provided for us! The material used was solid and the instruction given for us to install was made effortless. We will soon be utilizing them in the near future for outside railing on the wrap around deck. Believe me when we have guests they all ask where we got the railing and how nice it looks.

We decided to go with cable handrail for our home and after researching for a few months, we found GC Handrail. They made our project super easy and provided us with all the means to complete every task.

Our handrail is just what we wanted and was easy to install thanks to the tutorial videos. It was also ready really fast, since it was made locally. Instead of getting it painted we got a clear powder coat on the aluminum and it looks great in our loft. Thanks!!
