Lauren and Josh are very good at what they do. We had some specialty items done in the past. The smoked sausage is awesome. Very clean space for the processing. This time we had our deer all grounded with no fat. They are eager to accommodate and very quick.i highly recommend them. I will drive 2 hours to have them process our deer.

I've been using them for two years now, and I wouldn't take a deer anywhere else!! You cant go wrong the the onion, steak wagyu burgers or the Pineapple, jalapeño sausage
