Disorganized. They have a pos system and everything has to be rung up by its proper number, which is fine, but half the store isn’t labeled or improperly labeled. I ended up leaving without what I needed cuz I was running late for work and they couldn’t find the item’s code. I’m all for shopping and supporting local businesses, but if you are drastically over priced and make it more difficult than driving half an hour to a big box store, I’d rather just go to the big box store.

I bought a tow strap yesterday to pull my Camry out of the snow. The strap broke. I went to return it today, & was accused of "using it wrong", "overloading it", & was just treated with disdain by whom I presume was the owner. The Camry weighs 3185#. The strap was rated for 6k#, with a 12k# burst strength. That's nearly FOUR TIMES the weight of the car, which wasn't buried in snow, but just a little stuck. He told me to "never return anything else here again". NO PROBLEM, JACK! I won't be BUYING anything else there! I've been in that store probably 20x in the last 2 months as I've been doing lots of repairs. Now, I'll make a special trip to Batesville to go to the Home Depot, if Quality Floor Coverings doesn't have it. I drove to HD & bought a cheap Chinese chain with a 4700# rating, which EASILY pulled the Camry out of the snow.

I like the store they have just about everything you would want in hardware and a lot of other merchandise their a little bit high on their prices on some things but right on the rest the the people that work there are very nice and very helpful and it is a very clean store
