FIVE PLUS STARS! I don't often write reviews but the recent service I received from Bill and others at G&F was exceptional-EXCEPTIONAL!

My old pool heater needed service last weekend so I called G&F and spoke with Regina who was extremely helpful and was able to dispatch a service tech to my home here in Fort Myers in less than 24 hours AND on a Saturday. The 14 year old heater began working again but failed with a new problem two days later. So I called again and spoke with Sherry and Bill in their service department who scrambled to arrange to fix the heater or whatever. They called me back about 10 minutes after my last call to them and dispatched their dealer's son with a brand new Gulfstream Heat Pump (heater) and installed it within about an hour or so. To make me even happier, Bill arranged with the dealer for a rock-bottom price for the new heater that replaced my 14 year old heater that failed twice. (I had wanted to replace my old heater with a larger one for years and conveyed that thought to Sherry and Bill). THEN, they reversed all of the repair charges for the work that they had done on my old heater!

I am in the hospitality business, so I expect good customer service from subs and vendors I hire and I usually get it. The service level I received from Bill and the staff at G&F over this past week was clearly better than any sub or vendor I have ever worked with. These folks are wonderful-I can't say enough about what they did for me.

Regina, Sherry, Bill-THANK ALL OF YOU for the stellar customer service you provided me. My family visiting me are so appreciative for your kindness and willingness to "make things right". We are enjoying the warm water that this equipment installation is providing and G&F is the only heater company I will ever do business with.

I purchased a Gulfstream Heat in 2014 that was manufactured by G&F manufacturing. The transformer went bad this week. I called G&F and the person who answered, Sherry, was amazing! I told her what the issue was and she looked up my heat pump by the serial number. I had never registered the unit when I purchased it 6 years ago. Sherry went on to explain that parts were still covered by the warranty. Wow!!! She said they could send out a service tech to replace it. I explained that I had already had the pool company person come out that had sold me the unit 6 years ago. Sherry said no worries she would send the part out yesterday!
AMAZING! It’s few and far between that you find a company with this level of service today. The fact that G&F warranties there products 6 years later, just blows my mind!! The person I dealt with , Sherry, was so helpful and so pleasant was equally amazing. Great job G&F !!!!!!!! I highly recommend any product coming from this company!
