Fusion exceeded my expectations after an "oopsie" we had while delivering some custom aluminum gates to a client in Ft. Myers. They repaired the parts for us and then powder coated them for an unbelievable price. Our customer was very pleased with the outcome. Fusion saved the day. I just wish we were closer so I could use them for all my powder coating needs.

They took a 2500 dollar deposit, spent nearly 2 years on my family camp trailer before telling me they can not complete the project. They said they could do the project, were given all of the information to do so, and relied on me to go purchase additional parts that were misplaced. They refused to give me my deposit back even though their completed work was incorrect as agreed to. It is extremely disheartening and discouraging for future projects. I would no longer recommend them for fabrication work.

A while back I had the rear suspension bracket break off our 2014 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel which rendered it un-towable. I contacted Fusion Welding and they had a service truck onsite within an hour of my call. Their welder was excellent and was able to do the repair weld in the parking lot where I had been forced to stop. Thankfully, I was back on the road in a very short time.
Yesterday, I took my 5th wheel into the Fusion shop to have the remaining brackets strengthened and rewelded. The entire Fusion crew functions as a tight knit family that was fun for me to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable and equally important they really listened to my suggestions and freely lent their expert advice to arrive at the best possible solution. They also were able to get the slide out cargo rack off my trailer and powder coated at the same time. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for quality design, metal fabrication, welding, or powder coating work at a fair price. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I found the owners of Fusion Welding to be ethical they are very fair in their pricing. the work was excellent. I’ve had numerous pieces of outdoor furniture and railings sandblasted and powder coated buy them and have been very pleased at every turn. As far as I’m concerned the only want to deal with for your fabricating or sandblasting/powder coating needs in Southwest Florida.

We needed an emergency repair of a metal boat part. To Fusion it was a small job; to us it was mission critical. They did the job in two days and for less cost than they estimated. And, they were very pleasant to deal with.

We will definitely use them again for our next metal-working requirement. Highly recommend...

These guys are top notch. I called at 10am asking if they'd be willing to do probably the smallest job they've ever done. The man on the phone said absolutely and to bring it by so they could look at it. I was there within the hour. The owners wife had me fill out an info sheet and somebody came right up front to look at what I needed. He asked when I needed it by and I told him I was hoping by the end of the week. He said "how about tomorrow afternoon?". I'm thinking wow, awesome! Three hours later the owners wife calls to tell me I can pick up my pieces!!! Unbelievable work and even better customer service. My place of business has used Fusion for the past 4-5 months. We takes projects in there with extremely short time frames that other shops won't consider and they always go above and beyond to make sure our timelines are met. I have read some of the reviews on here and can say without a doubt that we have had nothing but positive results and we aren't close to their biggest customer or the ones spending the most money at their business but they treat us like it.

I brought my plans to Fusion nearly two weeks ago to be drawn up. They told us that one project could be completed in 5-7 days, and the second project would be 3-4 weeks. This time line was fine with us, asthe first project was very pressing, but we could wait for the second. After a week of waiting for a simple quote to be provided we began calling in for a status update. We were told the quotes are all prepared at once, and they would get to ours right away. After another week of waiting we tried calling in multiple times, with little to no result. I called again once this morning, and the office told me they were very busy and I should take my buisness elsewhere! If they had explained this previously I could have made plans accordingly. Now after two weeks of waiting I have to start from scratch, and have wasted all of this time. I run a company, and would never be able to give my customers a date, pass that date by a WEEK, and only after repeatedly calling finally telling us they can not hold to their promised time. We will not be doing any work with Fusion Welding now or in the future!
