Ben was incredibly helpful and so kind. We walked in and told him what we were looking for and he helped us find the best couch! Not only that, but he delivered it the same day for basically no cost! Had a great experience at this store. The manager Ben was perfect! He let us look around and make our decision without any pressure! He let us know he was there to help but only if we needed it. Amazing experience! Just moved to the area and found Ben’s place online. The reviews are correct, he is as cool as a cucumber. Excellent customer service and excellent prices, you won’t find inflated prices and pushy salesman here. If you’re going to furnish your living room or bedroom please support this local business instead of a big online retailer, because frankly the prices are better here for the value you get as well. As a bonus he has delivery for a very small fee.

The best! Ben was super helpful with me in the store, choosing a couch, helping me measure, and doing the delivery! I couldn't be happier with this couch, i wanted to walk out with a couch today and furniture factory made it happen! I even was able to buy half of a big sectional so i could fit this in my living room perfectly. Excellent customer service, flexibility, quality, and price.
