Ryan's service was the first that I've come into contact with in regards to holsters. At first there was a bit of miscommunication and an extended lead time without any real reason as to why. But, after some reconciliation after my first holster was made there was some disappointment as it was incomplete. Expressing this made him rethink the first product and he redesigned me an entirely new one to my complete satisfaction. Regardless of the start of our business he will do all in his capable power to make you as happy as you can be with your purchase. 5/5 - Would recommend and buy again.
