Katrina at the front customer service is so good at helping customers.I believe she is in management and she has always been very helpful and considerate of customers. She’s always been very polite and friendly. I enjoy all the employees. The man in the deli is very polite and good at his job, super friendly. He has been working with the company for many years. The guy at the self checkout, he’s usually there always and been working there for many many many years. He’s so professional and helpful. I can’t believe I forgot his name. Brad Mexican gentleman . I been going to this location for 15 years.

This place is big!! Very clean and organized, I need it to fill up a prescription, and the people at the pharmacy were very nice! Greeted me right away (something that they never do at the other store I got to). Overall, it was a really good experience. The area is a little rough, so you will see some crazies you can't escape sometimes, lol

Very spacious. Great products. Not expensive as other nearby markets. Much cheaper than the Safeway. The staff has to be trained of the products. If not a great place with ample parking. The parking lot needs more lights because lots of miscreants hanging around aimlessly. They advertise mangoes as "honey mango" .99cts per pound. But the mangoes are very sour.

This store decided it was a good idea to kick out 2 teenagers trying to get out of the heat because their car had broken down . When asked about it they said that their friend was on their way to help and that they just didn’t want to go into 114 degree weather. They were still forced to leave. This is absolutely disgusting behavior, I will not shop somewhere that lacks basic empathy and compassion.

I come to this store on a regular basis but on August 29,24 at 8:00pm my husband and I came to get some fruit he needed to use the restrm so while i stayed looking at fruit he went to ask to use restrm he politely asked an older gentleman with a white beard if he can use restrm and the guy yelled at him to hold on and the lady in the nxt cash register also yelled at him saying hes busy wit a customer hold on my husband was so embarrassed that yelled at him in front of customers he came to me and said lets go. He thanks God that hes a changed man to lower his standards to b on there level. Me on other hand also changed my ways and life but i don’t tolerate disrespect so they r lucky i was next to him cause allow anyone to disrespect my husband I will b calling the store in the moring to complain. Its not anyones fault that they were having a bad day they should never talk to a custlike that.

I'd give it a negative star if I could. 2 employees I was, finally, able to locate, busy at the checkout, had me going in opposite directions for cheddar bisque MIX. Come to find out, they don't even carry bisque mix. Now that I'm in line, there's about 20 people in the "self checkout" because there's only one regular register open. It already has 15-20 people waiting down the aisle. This store is horrible! After waiting for 15 minutes in line, 2 more employees popped up to open registers.

This location is just ragged. Left today not realizing I was overcharged. I get the Frys emails about weekly sales, signs were posted on the items on sale and then charged regular price at checkout. Classic bait and switch. If you need to stop at the store this location should be a last resort.

Went into Fry’s, spent $60.00. Cashier had an injury and couldn’t put the groceries in the cart. I had to walk around to get my groceries, she bagged my groceries and then walked away, not bothering to make sure I could reach all my bags.I left a bag. I don’t understand, if the cashier can’t do her job, why wouldn’t they have a box person there to help her? I’m 79 years old and short. Now I need to make another trip in 100 degree weather to get my refund.
