Fri was extremely knowledgable, and most important, available and accommodating. I sent a video of an issue with my 3d printer, he got back to me right away, was willing to assist over the phone, and was able to fix the issue when I brought it in person (on a Sunday). Much appreciated and for future issues, I will return. He was way more helpful than the company I purchased the printer from and way more helpful than the manufacturer PLUS *** minus the frustration/waiting on the phone/waiting for email responses that I encountered with the company of purchase.

Free Dimension did an absolutely wonderful job recreating pieces to backlight collector plates. The items could not be purchased anymore and this firm used their 3D printer technology skills to fabricate the new pieces using an original component as a template.
