Excellent customer service. Rusty and Jessica went way behind the normal to help me with unbelievable expertise and patience. I needed some metal and had purchased some 5 yrs ago. Could nor remember color or even the name I had purchased it under. Rusty fiund me and was able to get what I needed. Jessica was so nice and patient to find my account so I could pick up. Outstanding products but just as important outstanding customer service. Would recommend them to anyone looking for metal building needs.

Highly recommend these folks. Excellent place to do business! Helpful and friendly staff. Love shopping from the Overrun Specials for great deals to complete my many projects.. call ahead for list, pick your package, call for availability (no holds), head right up for pick up.. couldn't be easier! Total time saver. We have also used Reed's metal for cut to order projects. Our order is quickly and accurately ready for pick up or they offer delivery very reasonable. Just couldn't ask for a better bunch of folks to do business with. AND ..they also give back to the community! Five stars just isn't enough!

Helping my friends build a home. Called twice before we came to pick up the metal and were assured it was in and ready for pick up. When we got there...no order had even been made, no order was ready for pick up, no apology for the mix up, no fixing the problem to keep their business. Will tell everyone I know NOT to use them and my friends took their business elsewhere. These folks lost a lot of money jerking them around. Shameful.

I am not a builder, carpenter or handyman. I wanted some information on how to do a project that I was planning. As soon as I entered the office the staff was welcoming and helpful. I told them that I was simply there to learn and to determine if this project I was thinking about was doable from a professionals standpoint and for my information when dealing with the builders later. They went out of their way to offer me basic information and showing me their products and suggesting some ideas. They actually sat with me and pointed out all the materials that I would probably need and shared their prices too. Very personal service offered to a possible customer? Yes, but there was an actual support for someone who wanted to do something that needed information that helped me understand the pieces of the big pie I was looking for.... When the time comes when I find the builder I know where the materials will come from.... Much Thanks

Terrible Experience. 1) Tim will tell you he will be there on a Saturday to help you - he won't be there. 2) Nobody else there will know beans about your conversations with Tim. 3) They will tell you they will have your product there to pick up on a Saturday - they won't. 4) They will tell you your ticket is ready at the counter - it won't be because there is NO product. 5) You can call and say I'm on my way to get my product is it ready? Whoever answers the phone will tell you "yeah" but have no idea why he told you "yeah" - because it's not there. They have gimmicks. They don't give a hoot about you or your time or your job. They all stand around staring at you like you are from Mars. Very unprofessional. Word needs to get out. Work with them at your own RISK. We are telling EVERYONE about this place and it's not good. THREE trips later - still no product. They have very bad business practices and we are calling the BBB about them this week. As I speak to people about them, low and behold they have their own stories! Who knew? I should have asked around before we wasted so much time and effort and gas on these goons.

We drove an hour to speak to someone about the purchase of a metal building. We spoke with the guy over the pole barns and he was going to have the salesman over the red iron give us a call. It’s been a week and we have heard nothing. We finally called another office and got help there.
