They charged 10% upfront and It took them 10 months to deliver the plans. Upon delivery of the plans they demanded the next payment and hung up on me when I told them that the contract says that payment is due when the plans were approved. The county rejected the plans saying they were not complete and it has been over 6 months waiting for the revised plans. Do not do business with these people

Do not do business with Forbes. The owner doesn’t pay his bills. Too bad because the building they built for us is beautiful and he could have had a 5 star review. However, I now have a construction lien on my property because I paid my bill but Forbes took my money and didn’t pay his bill for equipment rental.

I have been trying to communicate with anyone with knowledge of my project status! I've been patiently waiting for approximately six months for them to install my building. I have yet to receive a call back from anyone. Where do I go now? Maybe contact the Better Business Bureau, I don't know

I contacted Forbes to run a dedicated 200 AMP electrical service and wire the inside of my 45x75 steel building in Oak Hills. The receptionist was very kind, however, after many phone calls to them and 3 to 4 weeks later, I gave up. I could NOT get to speak to anyone past the receptionist, despite many promises that they would call me back. I was assured Forbes was interested in the job, so I was patient. My patience ended after week 4 when I could not so much as get a call back. I have now had the work performed by another contractor. I wish I did not waste a month waiting for Forbes.

The only reason for giving this company a two is because we have purchased two other buildings from them one 4000 square foot which we assembled ourselves and one 4500 square foot pool house whcih they errected the main metal red steel frame we did the rest.

About six weeks ago we requested pricing from them which Jody provided. We requested that the quote be hanged to include roof purlins 24" OC. We made several calls...Jody was at lunch he was picking up part or he was with another customer. We also sent at least two e mails.

Two days ago we received a very short note from Jody telling us that they decided not to do our project which by the way was a 2500 square foot which we were intending on doing the assembly. All we neede were the parts.

As we received no explination for Forbes and Jody passing on the project we are giving them a 2 star.

We love our building for our boat. Once we got through permitting, it went up quickly. The concrete crew is knowledgeable and the erecting crew worked fast to deliver us a beautiful building for our toys.
