A friend and I wandered into this store after having lunch nearby and I'm so glad we did! I was helped by Scott A. and he was very helpful. I have been looking at sandals by Aetrex and was very happy to see that they carry a wide selection. Scott made many trips to the back room trying to find my size and style. Unfortunately, because of the time of year, the style I wanted was no longer available in store. Scott then went online and found the style and said it could be shipped to my home free of charge. To be sure they would fit, he also went out of his way to find a very similar style that was in my size so I could try them on for fit and comfort. Once I had decided on getting the shoes ordered, he said I would most likely get them the following day and he was right! I received them the very next day by noon! The level of service Scott provided me is rarely seen at large department stores. Thank you Scott and also a thank you to the saleswoman who initially welcomed us into the store and quickly got us situated with Scott. I'm so glad I found this store. I will be back!

Everything that a good shoe store should be! if you need any real help or assistance finding shoes that'll work for your feet, they will help you find the best pair. thank goodness for REAL shoe stores, like Shoes Etc.

Walked in to find two employees helping two customers. My daughter found the shoe she wished to try on. We waited 10 minutes as the employees walked past us several times to retrieve shoes from the back. It's not that they were busy, it's that they didn't acknowledge our presence. All they had to do was say "someone will be with you soon." They ignored us completely, for 10 minutes, in a small store. Very disappointing experience, as we'd made a special trip to go there. We walked out (also without acknowledgement), and won't be back.

This is Scott. Scott is a very patient man. Scott knows his inventory. Scott has a sense of humor. He fitted me for a pair of sneakers when no one else was able to. First time in 7 months I have closed shoes on my feet. I am forever grateful.

Today (July 3) was a very busy day at Footwear. I thought people would be gone on vacation but they all came to buy shoes! I arrived before most of the crowd, and Scott was the one to help me. I'm extremely difficult to fit; I was at this store quite a few years ago and walked out without anything. But as Scott learned more and more about what my feet needed, he came up with shoes that worked. As the store got busier and busier, he stayed calm and helped others as well (there were at least two other people working there as well). I was very impressed with how he handled all the people. And impressed that he found me shoes that worked for my feet!

Always a positive experience. What shoe store can you go into and see the same, very experienced employees thru the years?
They are highly trained in feet issues and all the shoes they carry. They are patient, until you find what's best for you...a Rare experience in retail today.
