I never received my order, tried to handle it through the post office and file a claim had to wait 15 days still with no luck. I contacted the company and made them aware of my situation. Not even 48 hours later they sent out sew product using a different shipping company and contacted the post office about the matter. Talk about great customer service, I was honestly worried that I had lost money and product due to USPS error. I'm so happy that wasn't the case! Will definitely use them again!!

Terrible service. When I left the prescription, they told me I could pay when picking up the medicine, and they would text and email me a link with my prescription number and an alternative of paying it online if I would rather pay online. They did not send anything. I called them, and they said the medicine was supposed to be ready, but they had not even started making it because I did not pay. I explained I was to pay when picking it up, and they told me they were to send a text message and email. They didn't do it again. I called them and they had a good list of excuses, blaming my doctor, my phone, and anything. They are bad at complying. I do not recommend them at all.

I have nothing but good things to say about Foothills Professional Pharmacy. Not only do they provide the compounds I require, but they also provide superb, exceptional customer service. I recently had a shipping issue with my last prescription, and I was grateful for the courteous, responsive, helpful assistance I received from Chris. Unlike so many companies today, the customer really comes first at Foothills. Chris responded promptly and thoughtfully to my concerns, and walked me through the solutions to my problem. I felt well-taken care of and appreciated as a customer. I want to emphasize again that this outstanding customer service is in addition to the great job they do at mixing hard-to-find compounds for my health care needs. It is rare to find a company that does everything well, but Foothills Professional Pharmacy is that company. Highest recommendation!

I’ve been ordering my prescriptions with the pharmacy for 2 years and it has been a great experience. My prescriptions arrive right on time and the quality is amazing. I recently had an issue, for the fist time, with an order and the staff was quick to attend my needs and worries, Chris had my case and he was quick in his responses and solved my issue in a matter of hours. I’m very grateful for the great staff and products.

I had a order that was delayed due to a USPS issue that I was unable to resolve with the post office. When I reached out to Foothills Pharmacy, they went out of their way to look into the delay (which had nothing to do with them) and immediately re-sent my prescription via a different carrier which arrived promptly. Top notch customer service!

I love the smooth process of ordering what I need. Skin Medicals also gives an alert when they think you are running out of the product which is really nice.
I had a recent hiccup where I placed my order refill and found that the facial cream was circulating in the mail for over 2 weeks. I reached out to Skin Medicals after a week and Chris was very prompt and responsive with my inquiry. He immediately followed up the next day with an updated tracking number of the new shipment!

Awful customer service and communication from this place. I was told by my Vet they would call when the prescription was ready which should’ve been within a day or two. They never called. I called them a few days later and they hadn’t even begun making it yet. They said I had to call them first to tell them to make it. So then they say it’ll be ready by Tuesday or Wednesday of the FOLLOWING WEEK. Ita now Thursday of the following week. No call. No text from them. I call them again and they said it was ready on Monday and that they tried calling me. Bullshit because I never got any call or text from them. This place sucks. People are rude and they don’t know how to manage their time at all or communicate properly
