I was looking to buy a very specific projector screen for home use, so not a big account, and yet still got amazing sales and support from Focused Technology. I had first tried the one cheaper place online that had that screen but they never delivered or even responded (I don't think they could actually find the screen). After about six weeks, I cancelled that order through my credit card company and tried Focused Technology instead and glad I did. They were not only able to find that specific screen for me, but let me know why it was in short supply (there was a newer model) and what the pros and cons of each version were. They quickly delivered the one I wanted, but then I had some issues during installation. They were super-responsive in working with me on those over the next week or so incluging getting answers to some my questions directly from the manufacturer. While I don't think I can give the screen itself 5 stars in the end, the sales and product support I got from Focused Technology was definitely worthy of 5 stars.

A while back, our church was looking for a new computer projector. We meet in a gym so had specific needs in terms of brightness, projection angles, image size, and distance to the projector, because our set up is temporary. Jordan spent over 1 month between phone calls and emails helping us find the one that would work best for our set up, then making sure we had the proper cables and connectors. Everything is working like a charm!

I called this company to check on availability of an item. I was assured by the sales rep that one was in stock. In fact, he said they had two in stock. The moment I hung up the phone I immediately ordered one online. Next day I received an email message that they were out of stock. They recommend I pay $30 more for a case that was too larger for my mixer. I can't recommend this store!

I ordered merchandise from this company, paid in full and did not recieve my full shipment. This dispute has been going on since May 2019, it is now September 2019 and I'm out $5020 USD. I have spoken with the company, FedEx, and PayPal someone dropped the ball, but no one wants to help.

Company didn't honor the posted price of an item and cancelled the order citing a misunderstanding with the manufacturer which led to the incorrect price ending up on the website.
