I refused to buy an area rug from a box store. The colors are hideous and expensive. Those rugs never last long enough to get your monies worth. I wanted a solid color good, quality area rug. I called Flortech and Mark explained the process and walked me through it. I anticipated a long wait time for the binding and was elated to find out that not only was the wait time so much shorter, the cost of the binding plus the carpet was cheaper than some of the hideous rugs I had looked at online and in box stores. (I purchased a remnant from a carpet store) Flortech also delivered my rug to me! If you want quality workmanship from a reputable company, call Flortech. Stop buying those hideous area rugs from box stores and have a good piece of carpet bound by Flortech instead!

Perfection! We are thrilled with Mark's craftmanship, expertise, and rapid turnaround time. We had non-slip pads added to several area rugs, and Mark customized sizing and added binding to rugs that were not available in the size we needed. Excellent service!

Mark provided amazing service from start to finish. Incredible work, prompt pick up and delivery, excellent pricing, easy to work with.

He saved a rug that was just a little too big for our RV and customized it to fit perfectly. The new binding is beautiful and he even pressed out the bends it had as a really nice surprise. Can’t wait to use Flortech again! Thanks Mark!

Mark is amazing. We needed a large area rug for our living room as our daughter just became mobile. A rug like this would of cost us big bucks but we were able to find a carpet remnant and luckily the store we bought it from recommended Mark! He did an excellent job turning our remnant into a huge area rug. He was responsive, fast and the binding was top notch quality! We are 100% satisfied and will absolutely be using Mark at Flortech LLC again in the future!
