I am the WORST CUSTOMER EVER, and yet Tiffany remained incredibly patient and professional throughout! I first stopped in twice over one year ago and Tiffany spent a lot of time educating me as to all the choices. Then I decided not to go forward at that time.

A full year later, I went in again, had numerous calls with her, but then had so many HOA issues, I decided not to go forward once again. Still, Tiffany remained completely professional, despite the enormous amount of her time I took up, and even offered to communicate with my HOA to help me navigate those issues.

In addition to highly recommending Tiffany, the store is great, lots of options, and one can actually bring a bathing suit and try some of the hot tubs. If you are thinking about a hot tub, you definitely want to go to Florida Spa and speak with Tiffany!

What a wonderful experience we have had with Florida Pool & Spa! From the time we walked in we were greeted by a lovely, girl named Isabella, she was knowledgeable and treated us very well. We had to call for service which was done promptly and with great professionalism. The service tech came out and could not resolve the issue. so immediately she called the repair person. This gentleman came out that same day, diagnosed the issue and the very next day came with the replacement part. He was courteous, efficient and respectful. If you’re looking for a spa, this is the place to go. He began to open the case and found another minor problem, but had the part on his truck to replace that item, also under warranty and completed the job with a friendly attitude and explained all things he accomplished.
