Typical monopoly. Everything is great until it’s not. There have been repeated power interruptions for the last five days. I try to call FPL with NO success. You just can’t break through the wall and speak to a person - even though the menu of choices does not address my problem. With what we pay customer service should be much better. It’s like you’re competing with Comcast to see who can be the worst.

Ticket number 13282171
FLP arrived on property with no knowledge and/or trespassing on our GATED property. They switched the meter out from analog to digital. One or 2 months go by. FPL called use that our meter quit responding.
The 2 FLP employees had to shut down power to the house. Pried open the old meter to replace a new meter. Restored power
Why are we responsible for someone broke not even asking permission on the property. We don't have access to.
It's like dropping your car off to repaired. They wreck the car we are responsible for fixing it.
Highway robbery, now FPL feels really important.
We should go to a news channel.
They might want to run the story. Sorry we have no knowledge if this, as sorry.
This is why FPL handed the job so you can wash your hands in it. Great job, hiding behind a contractor. BIG Men and Ladies. I'm glad you feel good about yourself and sleep at night knowing you're jamming to people that can afford it the mistakes your contractors made. And getting on my property without permission. And answer is it's our job to support but the time FBL MAKES A MISTAKE ITS OUR PROBLEM..
GREAT JOB

The worst Company I have ever had to deal with unfortunately I need electricity there is no person I can get a hold of without it being a recording. I would like to speak to a customer service representative so that I can fix my account so that I can pay my bill on time because your service to pay bills is disgusting.

Horrible, on line for 12 minutes, did not receive my monthly bill, was able to get payment amount online, but not able to get address of where to send payment. Very simple I thought, but no. Address not listed on prior monthly bills, kept asking for an agent, 'that is not an option'. Very poor.
