I love our technician Tommy , been with us for a few years. Conscientious, Attentive to all our needs, nice having a heads up courtesy phone call letting me know when they’re coming so I can be home if there’s any problem for him to tend to. Kerry always calls the day before service is scheduled, shows up timely, is friendly, asks about any insect problems, and goes to work cleaning up and protecting the exterior of the home. If she finds issues, or things we could do better to help protect the house, she always has time to advise us. With her attention trying to keep the critters out, we have very few problems. Have had ant problems in the past and Kerry is quick to come and takes the time to determine and eliminate the likely source and path into the house. Over the top service!

Young lady from Florida Pest Control was very nice. Efficient came in and checked the whole house for any termite infestation, then walked around the back and all the way around the house. They were early in the schedule which I requested and alerted me when they were on their way!
