Disappointing Experience with Florida Outdoor Kitchens

My family and I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Florida Outdoor Kitchens. We were enticed by the promises made at the Northlake store, but what followed was a series of letdowns and frustrations.

Despite being assured a swift delivery within four weeks, our kitchen arrived a staggering eight weeks later, and to our dismay, the countertop was broken upon arrival. Our attempts to seek clarification and a resolution were met with a lack of definitive answers and a dismissive attitude from the customer service and scheduling teams.

The refusal to consider a refund and the lack of a concrete timeline for replacement only added to our frustration. Even when the Vice President contacted us, hoping for resolution, we were met with further disappointment.

This experience, coupled with production delays and scheduling uncertainties, has left us deeply dissatisfied.
It's disheartening when a company fails to prioritize customer satisfaction and integrity.

We sincerely hope for a swift and fair resolution that reflects the considerable investment we made and the inconvenience we've endured.

all problems were resolved. The vice president personally visited our house few times to make sure that everything was fixed and delivered as promised.

We just ordered our outdoor kitchen from Florida Outdoor Kitchens! We worked with Rick & we are so happy we did. Rick is a really nice guy, easy to talk to, answers all questions, guides you every step of the way, and he is very respectful. Rick came out to our home and did all measurements, letting us know all steps involved and the time frame needed. Thanks Rick, we appreciate all you have done!

Although we are currently awaiting delivery and installation of our outdoor kitchen, our experience during the sales process was terrific. The showroom on Northlake in Lake Park is large and beautifully set up with countless kitchen configurations making it very easy for us to select exactly what we wanted. The salesman, Rick, is the consummate professional who was a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to updating my review once our kitchen is installed.
