My 9-year-old daughter and I had a blast on our 4- hour charter with Tom.
He was so helpful and patient for us novice anglers and took us to the spots to catch lots of fish and a variety!!

I charter 2-3 times a year all over south Florida and this is first time I wanted to write a fishing guide review on what I believe is a flawed social media platform but for those of you who use this site Capt. Tom is your go to in this area of the state.
Yes he put us on the tarpon in a 17 mph sustained sw wind jumping 8 and landing 2 officially, 3 if you ask me. Pursuing plan a for 90 minutes searching with his best in class electronics and never having to go to plan b or c but that is not why am writing in 100% support of him.
I was with my 21 yr old daughter which was her first time going for these cherished game fish and Capt tom read us perfectly, never becoming an overbearing loud coach when we were hooked up but watching, adding calm words of instruction and encouragement not ruing the moment like so often I have had experience.
On the way home your daughter says “ I caught a good vibe from Capt tom the moment we stepped on his boat which just got better and better” you know you found a gem!!

Captain Tom is a great guide. He accommodated my wife who doesn’t fish at all. He made it easy for her to be successful and have a ton of fun. On top of that, he puts you on fish. Tom was very friendly and easy going. I highly recommend him.

This is where you want to do your fishing! Captain Tom was easygoing and friendly while also highly proficient and knowledgable. He knew all the best spots for inshore fishing (snook, tarpon, permit, etc) and then also took us out for some deeper water mahi-mahi action; all in a 4 hour trip! The boat was new and had comfortable seats, there was a cooler with ice and water, he cleaned the fish we kept for us, and he even detoured on the way back to drive alongside a pod of wild dolphins! I couldn't recommend this trip more highly.

Absolutely amazing guide. He is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He quickly becomes part of the group. It feels very much like you are fishing with all of your buddies more than fishing with a guide. I did an 8 hour charter, and I would have stayed longer if he let me. It was a great time. He WILL put you on fish, and I will definitely be back.

Tom was amazing!!!! My son caught a 160 pound tarpon on the first cast!!!! Super knowledgeable and heck of a nice guy. We will definitely be back. Thanks for an amazing experience
