Called them to buy some material Matt took all the info said he would get back with me once he had a price and availability. Called him 2 days in a row left messages and never heard from him. Guess that how they treat small orders.

Sent them a file for quote and they did not have the courtesy to respond. We will not be using this company for our large-scale volume orders. Update April 23- I have since had good communications and a professional response with Florida Metal Craft. We may not work with them on this occasion but will certainly consider them for future projects.

Had a mailbox with detailed scrolling work that was bent and broken in a couple places. They fixed AND painted it. Looks like new! Super fast too... I dropped it off and they were calling me a couple hours later to tell me it was done. Outstanding work and great customer service😃

This is a great place owned by a guy with a heart of gold. I cannot believe there isn't a review on here for a place that is always busy and been there since I was a teen ( Oh how I miss those days). I have been going here for over a year now and have had fantastic work done and Tom himself has always greeted me with a smile. I love the fact that the owner himself will make something special for me with his hands and machines right before my eyes! I am extremely grateful and had to spread the word. I am going to be a customer for life. I don't know all the metal work lingo, welding terminology but I do see the place packed with customers all day long. Thank you all @FMC!
