I was truly impressed with service, product and installation of Florida Keys Windows. From Nova in the office to Erik managing the installation with his very efficient and professional and friendly crew-i couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend and will use them in the future. I love my new window. And the protect at my rental- full house installation was seamless. My tenant was equally as happy.

First, the workmanship was good to very good BUT …. Without boring everyone, suffice it to say their communications was terrible. They missed appointment times, AND they don’t tell you about how long it is going to truly take to install – oh, and BTW their crews quit at 2:30pm every afternoon which is probably the reason it takes so long. 2 days to install 3 medium size windows. They were full of apologies (sales, field operations, scheduling, owner, etc.) and excuses, which somehow, they think makes everything better. Be forewarned, about their scheduling!
