Based and righteous in every sense of the word. As you gaze on the hilarious readerboard that changes with a brilliantly crafted joke every few weeks or so, you are amazed by their criticism of facets of the English language.

This is just one example of their strict adherence to the construct of communication--it is definitely felt within the congregation when they have swapped out every occurrence of "He" to refer to God, and simply replace it with "God". What a way to circumvent the politics of today!

I love this congregation and the weekly gatherings. But I think they could improve their virtue of acceptance and maybe take a page out of Mos Def's lyricbook when he said,
"...but still yo, it's love here
And it's felt by anybody that come here"

Friendly people. Lively congregation. Unfortunately if I had to choose one word to describe the church it would be "chaotic". During the music, the sermon, the collection, the special presentation, there was constant noise and commotion--from people yelling out things to kids playing video games in the sanctuary (with the sound turned up!). I wish I could worship with these folks because they were truly nice...I just couldn't concentrate with all of the chaotic commotion.
