Can you imagine a place that is efficient, polite, responsive and runs on time? Well, flomed is that place! Hope and her team (Stephanie, or Nelson, or Matt, or ) know their craft and perform at the highest level you can imagine. i have gone weekly for 6 months now and it has been the same every visit. i highly recommend flomed.

I need to share my Florida Blue insurance recommended that I get my infusion in FloMed close to my home in Delray Beach.
My appointment was set to get infusion on November 18 th , 2024 but due to taking antibiotics they could not give me the infusion on the 18th and I completely understand, therefore we scheduled it on November 24 , 2024.
I informed on November 18 to the nurse Stephanie and the other supervisor that I am getting the infusion for many many years in Kaiser Permenate in Washington DC plus in Cleveland clinic in Weston it is only ONE HOUR NOT TWO HOURS .
I also informed them to call Cleveland Clinic to get all the instructions but they failed and never cared for me .
I called Cleveland Clinic on November 24 after my 2 HOUR INFUSION they said NO-ONE called from FloMed so we can give them their instructions
At the end the gentleman that provided me 2 hour infusion Mr Mathew was AWSOME .

I have been coming here for my infusions for 2 months and have been extremely satisfied. Hope is awesome as she is very respectful and supportive during my infusions. I rate her a 12 out of 10. I also have dealt with Yaz and she is awesome too. I also give her a 12 out of 10. They are the best and I feel very confident when I am here.

I have been using the Flo-med Delray office for the last two years. I have found that they are consistently, polite, professional, and timely. The staff there has made me feel very comfortable, and I almost look forward to visiting them every two weeks.

Hope and Eliana have Show me a great empathy and a comment Needs and last-minute changes whenever they occur. It is a testament to the professionalism of Flo-med to have a staff of this quality.
I will be receiving a second infusion shortly, and have no hesitation returning to this facility so I can see them all more often!
