Nothing but good things to say about FleetPride. The people here are knowledgeable, the store is always clean, and they often have the parts I need in stock. There are also many different warehouses in the area so getting a part that is not in stock is generally same day if they are given enough time. I definitely suggest FleetPride!

These people are thieves. You spend $1600 on a part, 800 of that is the core charge. You take your old part in and get refunded the core charge. After your part is installed you get bAck on the road and there is either something wrong with the part or it isn't the right part, since they don't always have the exact name brand part so the part number isn't the same. You are at their mercy there.. and more than once we have gotten the wrong part. So after going through 3 belts in 4 days, we take the part out and take it back... They won't return the part, they won't replace the part and they won't give you your money back, they give you back your part and you lose $800 that you paid for the part that didn't work because it had been installed. How you're going to know it doesn't work or is wrong before you install it I'm not quite sure.. unless you're psychic. So they get to keep that part if you want your core back that was originally in your truck. Which still worked but had been making a noise and trying to be proactive to prevent a breakdown, we had replaced.. what a scam. So now they have their part back which they can sell to somebody else and we are out $800. If I could do negative Stars I would.

I use them a lot for parts and the shop. They are helpful and will make the experience a good one. The wait at the counter can sometimes be a little long, but they do a great job of handling business. The will call is awesome...always top notch service... if your order is not ready..they will make it happen... good store to deal with!

I went here for a particular special part it was not in stock, but don't count them out. I needed the part asap and the gentleman referred me up the road to a place that would have it, sure thing I got what I needed. They are amazing here always willing to help out customers, this is 1 of the many experiences I could use to express how genuine they treat customers and thats why we are returning customers to the establishment.

I wish I could leave 2 reviews. A bad review for the employee who is constantly meddling in customer transactions with other employees, speaking loudly and rudely to customers, and is never held accountable for his actions. And a GOOD review for, GARY and JOE, who reminded me today good employees still work here! And should be recognized!!!! Gary was very kind and helpful, and offered options I wasn’t aware of. Put a sock in the other guys mouth and give these other two some recognition!!!!

The parts department at this location is useless. Past 5 times I've been in there the customer service is poor. They tell me they have the part over the phone and I show up and they don't seem to have a clue. I can give them a part number and it will show in stock at that location and they tell me it's not in their system. Too lazy to do anything more than say they can find it. Give them payment information on a Friday for a part so someone can pick it up on a Saturday and they tell me it's no paid for.
