I have received rancid product from them and their suppliers. They obviously have shelf life issues. Also, their arrogant attitude regarding their customer service is unacceptable. Their favorite response seems to be to tell their customers to purchase flavoring from someone else rather than resolve issues. I recommend that you avoid them if you can find suitable flavors somewhere else. Additionally, their shipping costs seem kind of extreme.

My customers love flavor west constantly saying they love my flavors I mix and I tell them it's flavor west products not me well maybe a tiny bit is me because I order the best flavors.

Shipping shows 2-3 days it shows online going to take 5 days then when I call the post office they said that they paid 7.71 for shipping why am I paying 13.95 hmmm
