I normally don't write bad reviews but this one I need to to warn others. I Will never buy another five star trailer again. Horrible welding jobs and welds that break. Should be 1 star trailers. Wiring is also poorly done.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I got an amazing trailer exactly the way I requested it and it was built and ready for me in a matter of a few days. After much deliberation I decided to go with the 14 foot trailer for my toys. I got extra D rings added and holes drilled in my stake pockets to hold everything down correctly. I thought I had a lighting problem with the trailer because the driving lights wouldn't come on (which ended up being a truck issue) but after calling the owner on a Friday night about the lighting issue he offered to send one of his employees over to help me figure it out. Who does that? That is beyond great customer service and I will DEFINITELY be buying my next trailer from Five Star Trailers without any hesitation. If you want a quality trailer at a competitive price then go to Five Star Trailers, they won't disappoint!

We had some problems with our dump trailer. Technically it was a month out of warranty BUT not only did they still replace it, they custom built one to have it perform the way we need it to AND the owner delivered it to our house. If nothing else this company's customer service is TOP NOTCH! They could have easily walked away from the issue and been legit in doing so, instead they owned the issue and made it right! THANK YOU!!!

Was looking to buy a dump trailer as a birthday present for my father and this place was the best! Ricardo was extremely helpful and very genuine since my first contact with him. It was really nice having the owner work with his clients and demonstrate his care for customer service. He gave proper time estimates of the crafting and gave great advice regarding material and gave great pricing for the order. He was very professional and very nice and easy to talk to. He is passionate with his profession of crafting his best work for his customers. He was extremely flexible with scheduling pick up. My father definitely is extremely happy with his new trailer and uses it every day! Will definitely recommend him to others in my area! Five Stars definitely lives up to this company name!

I had a custom dump trailer a DT255 5x10 3ft sides, 10 gauge, low profile axles and side steps built over a year ago. The trailer has been excellent. It is used for hard work like demo, landscaping. Customer service has been great. The owner Ricardo, his expertise in trailer construction made it easy to design the build. He truly believes the customer is first. For value quality and service you can't beat Five Star Trailers.

The shop has experience welders that know what they are doing. The price is very competitive with other vendors. The quality of work is very good compare to other big brand trailers. I would definitely recommend this vendor for your welding or trailer needs.
