Front staff was professional. Not necessarily friendly but did their job well. Was brought back immediately. Tech was great! Nice, helpful, explained things well. Was in and out quickly. Been here several times for many years and have never had a bad experience. Maybe some people need to check their own attitudes. Just saying.

1st time using this facility. Received a text indicating I had a 5:30 am. appointment. I arrived 15 minutes before the indicated appointment time. Upon arrival, the building was closed, and the lights were off. Suite next door nurse let me know that they tell all their patients to arrive 30 minutes before but don't open till 6am.
After waiting, I noticed the lights were on, so I walked in after another patient.

The person checking us in was simply rude. Her attitude was less than professional. She spoke to both of us as we were children. Her tone and attitude were not necessary.

When I pointed it out, she defended her attitude and said she didn't have one. When asked to speak to a manager, she claimed they didn't come in this early. All that she needed to do was explain why I received a 5:30am. text message appointment confirmation, be supportive, kind, and considerate. When the 1st patient place a pen after using it on the counter, she ordered him to place it back in the cannister , when she gave a clipboard of forms to fill out he went to grab the pen put told him to use the pen on the clipboard. Why the attitude?

The staff in the back office however were kind, considerate and supportive but the front lobby person needs to be more kind, supportive and considerate especially when you are attending to patients that may be injured, sick or in pain.

It is always a good experience at this imaging center. Sometimes the tech is somewhat short but think that is due to their heavy schedules. They are thorough, detailed and very professional....

I was treated so rudely and unprofessionally by "Kyle" the tech. So when I called back to make a formal complaint, the other staff members said that I was definately not the first or only patient to complain about kyle's rude and unacceptable behavior, but because they were having so much difficulty replacing him with someone new and more respectful due to a lack of certified techs who are actually applying for that specific position. So needless to say, they were apologetic, but unfortunately they could not fire him until they can hopefully secure a replacement.

The front staff and wait times were 5 stars. Everyone seemed happy except for the guy radiation technician. He was professional and knowledgeable but seemed very unhappy in this job. I have heard this from other patients, and they went home crying or upset.

12/21/20–This place is very poorly organized. I can’t even make an appointment because my insurance needs to be authorized. So they sent out a request to my insurance company, and told me they would call me back. It’s been a week now and they hadn’t called me back. I was told the request would be very quick(about a day or two). So today, I decided to call and see if there has been approval. The first time I called, I was on hold for 20 minutes at 5pm. Ridiculous...just to try and schedule an appointment. Second time I called(after I hung up because of the wait) they didn’t answer and I had to call again. Third time I called the lady at the front desk picked up on the very last ring. She was very rude, and transferred me again and nobody was picking up, so I hung up. Tomorrow, I’ll try again. Not too happy with this place. Maybe they need a new manager, because it doesn’t seem like the current manager is doing a good job with training his/her employees. The customer service here is sub par. Unbelievable, especially for a medical office.

I had a mammogram here a few years back. I told the tech the pain was too much and she told me I was fine. I am permanently injured from that mammogram. It hurts me still every single day of my life. I will NEVER have another mammogram , here or anyplace else .
