They refused to use my own insulated containers to air freight the processed fish.
They insisted I had to use THEIR boxes at $80x5= $400 additional cost.
Other Processors agreed to use my containers so Fishermans Processing was price gouging AND they kept my $103 deposit even when I begged innocent mistake.
The owner was super rude and condescending on the phone when I tried to resolve the issue.

This was our first year working with Fisherman's processing, we have worked with another processor in the past. We had a fantastic experience! It was easy to sign up using their online reservation system prior to the trip. This company is organized, communication was great, and they processed our fish quickly. Pickup at their location was seamless and the staff was attentive. The next day I called to request a copy of our receipt (I had accidentally thrown it away) and Kathryn was quick to reply and emailed me a copy. We will be working with them in the future.

40% yield from 2 bluefin (bled, gutted, and gilled) that collectively weighed 110 lbs.
I made a reservation in advance of my 1.5 day trip. Dropped off my fish at the landing and flew home to Florida. I picked up my fish at an airport in Florida a few days later and have been enjoying bluefin dishes ever since.
They do a great job of communicating with you as they process and ship your catch.
Very happy with my experience.

Live over 1000 miles from San Diego. Returned home to the landing from 8 day trip on the Searcher. They took all my information right at landing, processed my fish, froze it and boxed it for shipping. Called me to set up shipping dates and paid for the processing at the same time. Got a text with air freight number. 4 boxes shipped in morning and in my freezer be late afternoon! Perfact job, seamless and only cost $216 on shipping. Thank you! 2 freezers full.

I was fishing on the Islander last year in August for bluefin tuna. I was fortunate enough to land a 93.7 & 31 pound bft on this trip & needed to have my fish processed. I did not have a reservation beforehand so the captain was nice enough to contact Fisherman’s Processing to meet us on the dock on a Tuesday morning for those who needed this service performed. For starters, the gentleman who met us there seemed grouchy & grumpy, at least to me. I asked him if FP would contact me when my order was ready. He said no, just show up to FP in 2 days. Really? What kind of customer service is that? At least give me a time or a rough estimation when I should show up to pick up my fish. I learned later that FP doesn’t generally show up to the docks on Tuesday so maybe that explains the attitude? This gentleman I had an encounter with is I believe either the owner or the main manager. I have seen him conducting virtual tours of the facility on social media so he must be someone of importance at FP. Anyway my fish was expertly packed & processed & the employees working there at least were friendly. 5 stars for the processing & 1 stars for the negative attitude. 5 Star Processing on the other hand was happy to see me on the docks when I did my next trip & they were kind enough to send me a text message when my order was ready. FP might want to take some notes here.

Stand up Guys at Fisherman's Processing. Ordered some poke mix online and apparently my order slipped through the cracks although their automated system Said my order had shipped. Waited a while, 4 weeks, before reaching out as I was super busy. Reached out via email and the next day they hopped on it. They didn't just get me my order, Raymond hand delivered it to my house and added a second bag of seasonings and some cubed poke flash frozen to make things right. So rad. Will always come to them for the best seasonings and sauces. Clearly they know how to treat customers when push comes to shove. Thanks again Fisherman's!
